Your privacy matters. Here's how we protect it.

When you send a prayer flare, we store only two pieces of information:
That's it. We use your zip code to notify local prayer warriors (if available) and the category to help them pray specifically. There is no way to trace a prayer request back to you.
The data we collect is used for one purpose only: connecting you with prayer warriors.
When you send a flare:
1. Prayer warriors in your zip code area are notified
2. They see only the category (e.g., "Anxiety") and general location
3. They have no way to identify or contact you directly
We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
Prayer requests are stored securely and are automatically deleted after 30 days. We use industry-standard encryption to protect data in transit.
Your prayer wall (if you choose to view it) uses a randomly generated access token — not your personal information — to give you access.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. Period.
We use Supabase for our database, which is a trusted, secure platform. No other third parties have access to any prayer request data.
Prayer Flare is available to users of all ages. Because we don't collect any personal information, there is no special risk to minors using the service.
Because we don't collect personal information, there's nothing to delete, correct, or export. Your prayer requests are anonymous from the moment you send them.
If you have any questions about your privacy, we're happy to answer them.
If we ever change how we handle data (which would be rare), we'll update this page and note the date at the top.
